Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Gave out of Date numbers

I attended the hospital as I was in so much pain due to my teeth, they sent me away to phone 111 I called them and they gave me 3 numbers to phone the next day which I called at 8am. Two of these numbers were out of order and the other didn't do NHS work. I tried 12 dentists in the end not one would help. I ended up pulling my own tooth out. The information that 111 give out should be right.
