This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Very helpful on phone

I don't recall the name of the lady whom I spoke to but she was very helpful. I actually live in the North East of England but for some reason the automated message but me through to the Norfolk 111 (I presume that automated machine struggled with my Geordie accent, ha ha), however, the lady I spoke to assured me that she would still be able to assist me but it may take a little longer to find approriate services in my area. The lady was helpful and after screening my symptoms advised that I contact my GP during opening times. She was helpful, polite and courteous throughout and I really appreciate her taking the time to assist me despite being located out of the area.
