Original Feedback for East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust:

Delays and staff at breaking point

The Trust has reduced Ambulance cover for 'financial reasons,' as well as freezing recruitment across Norfolk - saying we're over established. Calls go up every year and we have less Ambulance cover than this time next year. Every week on NHS Jobs a new band 8 manager appears, as well as increasing our Deputy Directors (all with posh expensive lease cars), which is where the money's going. Colleagues on the frontline are beyond breaking point, with enforced overtime being higher than ever and I've never known morale to be this low before.
