Toddler head injury

Recently, my two year old sustained ahead injury after a fall. The 111 service arranged for an ambulance to be sent. The ambulance was sent and arrived quickly. The paramedics were extremely thorough and reassuring and understood my needs as an upset mum as well as my daughter's. They were calm and compassionate. They facilitated a smooth admission into a&e and offered further support and information when they discharged us. They made a traumatic experience much less stressful.
