Absolutely diabolical

Been into hospital 3 times for a heart attack and couldn't fault the service, but this one time was absolutely diabolical. Last year, I was eating and some food got stuck. I tried to free it but I couldn't. I called 111 and they sent an a first response vehicle which arrived quickly. However, the woman walked in, asked me what was wrong, put her arms out said there was nothing she could do. She was very rude when she spoke to me, she didn't treat me like the patient comes first and couldn't get away quick enough. I was in shock, the first priority should always be the patient, I was distressed and she wouldn't help. I ended up having to get my wife to take me to the hospital which was another bad experience in itself.
