Original Feedback for East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust:

Bad experience

My child had an accident, slipping over while running. They dislocated their hip and fractured their pelvis. A passer by called an ambulance. It was over 4 hours until the ambulance arrived, despite being told it would be within 2 hours. When the ambulance arrived, the staff were small people that struggled to actually move my child. It's no fault of theirs but it didn't help my kid. They were in horrendous pain for hours. The people who take the initial call need to be more sensitive and intelligent in their questioning.
