Paramedics very abrupt and dismissive

I had a heart attack last year, and I received specific instructions from my GP to call an ambulance if I ever felt chest pain again. When the ambulance arrived the paramedic was very abrupt and dismissive - she tried to say nothing was wrong with me, yet when I got to hospital they had to give me a brain scan, ultrasound and an ECG. I was annoyed with the way I was treated by the paramedic, especially as I've only had to call an ambulance twice in my life and had received specific instructions from my GP.
