This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Such prompt and professional care!

A family member had a medical emergency needing a 999 Ambulance Call. The call-handler was great - being reassuring and calming in the potentially critical situation. The first Ambulance response arrived within c. 5 mins, and dealt brilliantly with the initial situation, before confirming full Ambulance attendance. The second crew arrived approx 10 mins later, and again, started dealing in a friendly and supportive way, providing comfort and needed help to the patient. Conveyance to hospital was without fault - the crew providing great care and support to patient/family during worrying times, and then went on further with great liaison with the hospital staff to implement handover. Huge thanks to Dan, Mark & Paul for their amazingly professional and caring support at a critical and worrying time.
