As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. The Lockers Are Great

I've never had any problems here. I use the lockers and think that works great. I get a text with a code when the prescription is ready and then I go in and open up the locker. I walk right past the queue! That only works for my repeat prescription, if it's an acute one I have to collect it the usual way and that's been fine. The only thing I would improve is the communication. They don't tell me if a medication is out of stock, I go in because it's been over a week and I haven't had a text saying it's ready. Then when I go in they tell me the medication is out of stock. It would be good if they could communicate with the surgery and tell them it's out of stock and get them to prescribe an alternative that is available.
