Adhoc prescriptions don't go to my locker

Communication between the pharmacy and the doctors need improving. My repeat prescriptions work fine but any other ad hoc prescriptions I might need don't go to my locker at the pharmacy so I then have to wait in a queue here for 30 minutes. They also need better signage for what queue is what. People will join the pharmacy queue when they are coming for their COVID jabs. It also feels daft to have to queue like this when they let however many people go into stadiums nowadays and we all wear masks in the pharmacy anyway.
