  Firstly, I wanted to make an appointment to see a doctor. Too many personal questions asked by receptionist. Then asked to take photo of my concerned and email. Still awaiting to receive a reply after 3 weeks and whether I should see a doctor. Covid vaccine. Plenty of people available to give jab within the surgery, but I was told to await nhs letter. Offered two places both 60 miles return. They need a good Practice Manager to sort this surgery out. Doctor turnaround tells you something. Lots of admin who seem to spend a lot of time talking. A country Practice should be able to keep on top of things and be run efficiently.

• Usually good but missed heart attack

  They're usually good but they did miss a heart attack two years ago. They told me to go home and breathe deeply. They've got too many patients and not enough doctors.

  Dr's are not thorough and non supportive. The pharmacy at the practice messes up repeat prescriptions and the staff are rude.

• Pharmacy text reminders are useful

  The pharmacy text reminder here is useful, it's good to know when prescriptions are ready to pick up. It saves me having to call up and ask.

• Admiral nurse was great

  When Church Hill had the admiral nurse she was great. She was really useful in helping us to understand my husband's rare dementia condition. As his carer she could answer questions and help me work through any problems I had. She has since moved on and now I don't know who to go to for advice, I can't seem to get support anywhere.

  I can't see the doctor. There's a two week wait for appointments, and I have to explain to reception. There needs to be more medical staff and fewer admin staff. The dispensary is frequently wrong - I have to check it.

  They are informed about health conditions and help you out whenever you need. You can always get in. I think they're brilliant.

• Courteous and friednly

  Everybody here is courteous and friendly, and the doctors are very good. They take on board patient opinion and there is an active PPG that gives out questionnaires. They run good clinics like physiotherapy.
