This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. children thrown off NHS list

We were sent a message (which was very unclear) suggesting the children had been discontinued as NHS patients. I was upset at this, but given what is going on around the country I thought it was pretty inevitable. When I range to try to book a private appointment the receptionist was incredibly rude from the beginning of the call and it was very unpleasant. We eventually got some appointments for 5 months later, in the middle of the school day, with a promise they could be changed later, as they expect more dentists to join. Sadly it was not changed. I cancelled it and found a new dentist. I've always found the receptionists here to be extraordinarily lacking in people skills. They really ought to be retrained or replaced. I would avoid this dentist practice.
