Good at being bad

I am passed from person to person, each giving contradicting information to the other. Whenever i have one ‘good day’ i’m told i no longer need their help, and could be passed back to my Gp, which in turn sets me back knowing i can not get appointments with my Gp as they say it should be the mental health department dealing with me. They promise groups or outside help that never follow through. I have been refused from one group because of my ‘mental health’ i was told i needed work with a psychologist and have been waiting over a year. My carer was told they would find a group for him for ‘stepping back safely" but after telling him this for many many months he is still waiting. When i’ve been suicidal the julian as well as the crisis time has told my carer to get me to have a bath and cup of tea, i don’t have a bath nor drink tea!
