Re visiting my mum

On Friday 20th March,Myself,Father & Sister went to visit my mum.At pineheath kelling. We was aware that the opening times were 6pm-7pm.So my Father went to see her for half hour,he then came out and sat in the car, followed by 15 minutes for my sister, she then sat in the car, while i went in for 15 minutes. On Sunday 22nd march ( mothers day) Myself & Husband went to visit mum.My husband went in first,When it was my turn i had this nurse approach me to say you cannot visit her as a man has already been to see her.(my husband)I explained that on Friday when we visited we took it in turns to see her,but she wasnt having it,I said please can i see her for only 5 mins,it was mothers day,and have travelled over a 60 mile round trip to see her.i gave her a bag and a card to give to my mum,I walked back to the car in tears My husband then went back in and spoke to another nurse at the reception desk, and he explained what had happened, she said it was fine for your wife to go and see her,When my husband washed his hands he overheard the nurse who told him was ok,she was talking to the nurse who told me i couldnt see her, that why she couldnt let me in,There obviously a great deal of confusion what the rules are. And can appriciate in times like this. On Monday 23rd March my Father and Niece went to visit. They both had half hour each.when they told me i felt again very upset.who ever is on duty must be making there own rules up
