Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Long wait for my appointment

My appointment was 10.05, got here at 10am to check in but was not seen till 10.35. There was no one in with the doctor before me they were just looking at a screen so why did I have to wait so long? Having to ring in the morning to have a call back by a doctor who tells you to come in is just a waste of everyone's time. Nothing is good and I do not feel listened to. You never get to see the same doctor twice and the follow up is not good. My repeat prescriptions are always wrong which means a wait on the phone to sort it out and another trip to the pharmacy. Years ago it was good, they need to bring the service back to how it was before Covid, everything else is back to normal so why not here?
