Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Difficult to contact and not good service

I had to telephone 4 times before I managed to speak to anyone. No one answered the phone on the first 2 occasions, (I held on for half an hour), on the third occasion the surgery was closed for staff training. Eventually I got through on the fourth attempt. I was given a telephone appointment during which the doctor did not listen properly. I have been referred to a service that I didn’t want to be referred to. They are contacting me by text without my consent. I now have to stop this happening. This is not the first error that the surgery has made. In general, this is not a good quality of service. Although one doctor that I was actually allowed to see in person recently was very good.
