Original Feedback for Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH):

4

5 for overall care, 3 for the attending nurse

My carbon dioxide levels were too low due to my pain medication and I had to go in an ambulance. The nurse had no empathy, she was very cold and a bit of a jobsworth. She kept injecting me with Naloxone and it was the most horrific sensation I've ever had in my life, and I've been through a lot of horrible things. She wouldn't listen and didn't give a toss. It was the scariest, most painful experience. I refused the treatment in the end.
