Chaotic discharge

My doctor told me on the Monday I'd go home that day then a Discharge Coordinator came round and told me it could be 2-3 days. So I had the rest of the day on Guist ward where the treatment was very good. Then at 9.45pm a man came, didn't explain anything (barely spoke), collected up my bag, put me in a chair and wheeled me back to Discharge. There they told me I'd be out at 10am, at 4pm a taxi came to take me to a care home. Now nobody knows where any of my discharge papers are! The treatment was so nice on the ward it's a shame the discharge process wasn't good.
