Original Feedback for Northgate Hospital:

Some staff were absolutely fantastic

Whilst some other unfortunately took advantage of their position of power especially whilst I was sectioned. In particular by most recent community care co ordinator was very unkind which my main reason for deciding to be discharged from services. At my final meeting with said person and ubknown dr who didnt appear to have read all my notes I lied continuously in order to be discharged. Said care co knew this and didnt say a word. Whilst I was pleased to be discharged it greatly concerned me that if said cre co is behaving this way it could put others at risk. Was going too make a formal complaint but decided not to pursue as I felt I didnt stand a chance as a person ith a diagnosis of bi polar.
