This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Felt safe at routine app after COVID-19

As soon as they were able to reopen for routine appointments I got an email through to book an appointment for my eye test - which is really important for me since I have IIH so it's vital I get my eyes checked regularly. They have a number of a changes in store all of which were explained to me before I turned up - and I felt safe when I visited. The staff were lovely and the sales assistant went above and beyond to help. The optician was very thorough and did a number of extra tests to make sure he was happy nothing had changed with my optic disks. I cannot fault them. The experience was definitely different due to COVID-19 but I felt they had done everything they could to make sure staff and customers were safe.
