What is going on? Please please try to get it together, I phoned today about my repeat /managed prescription to see if it was ready, knew it wouldn't be, was spoken to by rude person who made me feel I was a b____y nuisance, said would have it ready later this afternoon, I know their under pressure, I was trying to help by ringing before coming up to the surgery, every time same old story, trouble is what ever anyone says is completely ignored, the standard has definitely gone done at the surgery, we as patients can't go anywhere else, we need our medication, I opoligise for needing my tablets, after talking to the lady today, I felt worse, upset and angry, good job I'm getting my antidepressant and blood pressure tablets, not looking forward though to coming into the surgery.

my elderly in-laws (both in their 90's)in Hickling, this is the second time i have had to travel from Norwich to Hickling on request from the care company to take the Mar chart back to the pharmacy tohave labels affixed for medication, the pharmisist on duty 15/06/2022 was quite rude and informed me she had printed off the labels for the carer to afix as they only fix them when they send out the medication , her words were " i'm not doing it it s down to the carer now" !!!
We were also told the volunteeer who normally delivers medication was'nt in this week so we would have to collect it ourselves , a round trip of 40 miles.....not impressed with the service in the last couple of weeks im afraid
Zero response to online help forms. There also blocked off out of hours so no chance of getting help quick when they are open. Failure to check that patient booked in at hospital for correct surgery ( i just found out I’m booked in for wrong one but Dr surgery knew this 2 months ago when they got the letter ) They should be checking with patients the care agreed with hospital is the plan agreed to that patient and it’s correct for the patient . I waited 2 months for a max 31 day cancer surgery to find out I’m on the wrong list for the wrong surgery with a consultant with no experience for the surgery needed. Receptionist still serious discriminating against disabled and mask exempt and expect you still to go up a broken step up the back through the building sand and dust. It’s severe bullying to the point I don’t want to go to the surgery. We are in 3023 disabled people shoukd never be treated this way. The receptionist carries on bullying you over and over about the mask despite being exempt and leave you also waiting a further hour in a room on your own ( whilst being I’ll) then low and behold she carries on bullying uou over the mask. Then the dr finally walks in and demands u wear a mask or no care or examination.

Repeat prescription sometimes nearly 2 weeks. Then wrong meds sent over to wrong chemist despite ordering online for home delivery. This month no better. Still not got right dosage of meds 2 months later. Now saying if I want meds at dosage had long term suddenly got to do another review. Despite not due one. Bullying is what it is. They get it wrong then wont give you meds after making lower dosage error ( fatal for me if 2 low) and not easy to get in surgery as mask exempt discrimination is going on. In the back door with no ramp. Struggle up the steps. Through a filthy path full of rubble. Very very bad treatment and lack of respect towards patient with disabilities . It like they just ignore request for repeats. I mean 2 weeks is very bad
My daughter isn’t being looked after by your surgery. She very Ill. Her copd not asthma as they keep saying and not listening medication has been reduced yet has been the higher dose which she needs as it took 2 years many years many years ago by respiratory specialists abroad to get it right. Even Papworth asked for a note on her file which was on there in bright red with allergies not to be decreased or brand changed as so many prob with gp surgeries playing games with her life. Sounds like also she being bullied again to get the proper dose where another member of staff knowing she had enough of nurses who don’t need yet another review (she had 3 already last year) Yet they ignore the order from the pharmacy online for weeks.Giving someone a lower dose when she has severe anaemia is appalling. Her last surgery messed her around badly and this one is doing the same. She was forced despite struggling to walk and breathe to go to back entrance as she mask exempt and should not be discriminated against. This entrance she struggled not only to get to but had to go up 3 steps holding the surgery wall to try and get in. The surgery receptionist never stopped about the mask despite her struggling to breathe. She now been told to get the inhalers she should already be she got to struggle to get in again and it’s not possible and she shouldn’t have to to get the dose she entitled to anyway. Not only have they given her a 8th of her normal full dose which she gave back to chemist on one inhaler and never gave enough for the month , , they gave her enough Ventolin fir 2 weeks to last a month. Let’s see if honest reviews are published without further query.!

The flu jab clinic was great, I was in and out in two minutes. The nurses are always really nice and cheerful. During the first lockdown I hurt my foot and I didn't get to have a face-to-face appointment. I was just told to take paracetamol. It did eventually get better. There was no TLC, that goes a long way.

It's a good set up when you can get in. I've certainly had a lot worse surgeries. I do find it difficult to get a face-to-face appointment. I have to insist that I need one and I shouldn't have to do that.
We moved to Stalham about a year ago. The surgery and staff have been nothing but helpful. They are quick to respond and deal with queries and always friendly.
Far different from our last surgery.
Thank you.
