This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Unable to get appointment

I phoned before Christmas and was told to phone back in the new year, which I did and then I was told to phone back April time. I did, once again told to phone back in June as they were not taking on any normal NHS appointments. Private paying yes....so please tell me the difference in seeing a private patient to a NHS patient?? Absolutely ridiculous now, I get covid and the pandemic but it seems it's a running excuse to keep using covid as to not start seeing their patients. I have children that need to be seen and an older one that needs to have braces. Dental hygiene and mouth health problems will certainly be on the rise as nobody can be seen!
