Best dental experience ever!
23rd July 2023I went here for the first time last Thursday due to severe pain and I needed a filling. I was very distressed, as I suffer from agoraphobia so being out of the house was very difficult, but the dentist and all of the staff were wonderful and very understanding and kind. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

28th October 2022rude dentist+assistant making comments about me and joking between themselves about my teeth, whilst i was there. dentist didn’t tell me when he was going to do anything, even after i told him i was nervous due to previous bad experiences. left in tears, not happy at all

Very upsetting
5th August 2022My two young sons attended their routine appointment last year and both left in floods of tears after the disrespectful and cruel way the dentist spoke to them both.. after this I promised that even if I had to pay for them to go privately they would never have to come back here again. They are now absolutely terrified of dentists and my eldest was most deeply affected by the incident.

Disgusting attitude from receptionist
22nd September 2021I called to register as I am new to the area and am in agony with what I think is an abscess, only to be greeted by a person whose attitude and manner were vile. I explained that I am in so much pain I havent slept for two days but they were extremely rude and said "nothing I can do to help" and that it was nearly their weekend. Absolutely disgusting

Excellent service
5th June 2020Apprehensive about dentist but I found Mr Smith and his staff very helpful and understanding. Mr Smith has a lovely manner calming the patient and very efficient, no hesitation at all in recommending this practice.

Never answer the phone
12th September 2019I had an abscess and was in a lot of pain. Phoned and phoned for emergency appointment, over 10 times, no answer. On 11th call the answerphone came on. Had to go to another dentist for treatment.

Takes my money upfront
31st October 2018My dentist is very good. I just don't like that they always take your money upfront. That seems wrong to me.

Family practice
23rd May 2018My daughter attends the same dental practice as myself, as soon as she was born on my next appointment, I was told to bring her to register for the future.

Treatment options
23rd May 2018We book 6 months in advance. If we need to change it, there's normally a month's wait. He is very experienced, but I feel my eldest child in particular requires a visit to the hygienist, despite regular brushing. Her teeth are a little discoloured, when I have asked the dentist, he didn't do anything.
