This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. The set up in the discharge lounge seems quite good

My transport was cancelled yesterday but I'm going home today. I came to the discharge lounge this morning and I'm waiting for my medication. It does seem a bit of a nonsense as I have my medication at home anyway. They have stopped one of my tablets but are not giving me any additional ones. I have eaten here and been looked after. The set up in the discharge lounge seems quite good, but the delays seem silly.
