Excellent care

The staff work really hard and are always calm and friendly, even in the face of some abuse from patients. Good communication The patient was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) and was on the ward for 5 days. The care has been excellent and Dr Magdi in particular has been wonderful. He's always friendly, keeps you informed of what is happening with your care and explains everything well. The nurses are also really lovely. The discharge process was fine, he was told at 9am and was then taken to the Discharge Lounge around 2pm. He has found his time on the CCU to be really comfortable, like staying in a private hotel! The food is really nice and it's a good menu, with lots of regular refreshments. He has found the staff in the DL to all be very friendly too.
