They did their best

My wife has been in hospital for 8 weeks and overall we have been looked after and they have done their best. However when my wife was in A&E her belongings went missing and have not been found. They were there when she went for a scan and when she returned they had gone. They did search for them but they were not found. I went to PALS and they were very good and did help but it was an expensive bag with some expensive items and whilst we have received some money for the items it doesn't cover the cost of replacing them. When my wife was on the wards the care was okay but you do need to keep asking for things. I think they all did their best.
