My discharge has been a nightmare

The nursing staff and HCAs are excellent but the organisation is terrible. My discharge has been a nightmare. I was told I could go home yesterday and I waited and waited for information and nobody said anything and then eventually they told me it would be today. I'm now waiting for hospital transport and just hope I will get back today. There seemed to be delays in organising my discharge and I didn't know what was going on. I have been on AMU because the stroke ward was full but the team from the stroke ward came and saw me and I was kept fairly well informed. I think the nurses are marvellous.
