Great community resource
30th March 2022It's such a great resource for the community, I just wish more people knew about it. I come here every week and love this place!

Love it!
30th March 2022I love it there! It's more like a community hub than a hospital, but it serves a great purpose. I go twice a week for the seated exercise classes and also use the hairdresser there. The cafe is great too!

No emergency or minor injuries
23rd August 2019There is no emergency department - Cromer is the nearest and, whilst that's good, it's not 24 hours. I don't have a car so have to get the bus to Cromer anyway. The number of tourists who come to Wells increases pressure on the services. Facilities at the hospital could be used better in terms of having better facilities for emergency care. It seems that when the hospital was built there was no consultation about what it could be used for.
