    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have felt your experience at WMP was not a positive one. Our online system is available 24/7 for many types of contact including to name a few, booking of routine appointments such as blood tests, cervical screening, dressings, health reviews including long term conditions including Asthma and Diabetes. Medication is also able to be requested / re-ordered as well as to cancel an appointment or ask the Practice a question. Our 'Get help' for new / urgent health needs form is on for the hours you mention to allow additional access to our booking / triage system before the phone lines and reception counter open in the morning. This allows our dedicated team time to process all the online requests triaging for urgency and clinical need so we are able to place requests appropriately alongside our walk-in and telephone patient requests. This allows us to provide an efficient and most importantly safe system for all of our 20,000 patients. We have also worked extremely hard to reduce call wait and queue times including providing a dedicated cancellation and palliative care phone.

Consistency of care is really important to us and where requested and clinically appropriate we will always look to keep you with the same clinician which could take slightly longer but we will always place you sooner if you are happy to see other clinicians with most requests being seen on the same day or next day.
