Waiting 16 weeks for a MRI scan

At the beginning of December 2022 I was referred by an orthopaedic surgeon for a MRI scan. This was after waiting 6 months to see the surgeon. 16 weeks later, I'm still waiting. The online waiting time spreadsheet published by NNUH states 10 weeks waiting for routine MRI. I can't get anybody to answer their phone to enquire about this and tell me when it is likely to happen, not even an answerphone. Meanwhile, it is nearly a year since I was referred by my GP and I'm in pain with limited mobility. In desperation I have contacted my MP.
