I was diagnosed with severe anemia within the last year. I had had several appointments with GPs at Aldborough and each time they attempted to escalate my concerns so I could be sent for further tests.

However, this is where the delays then began. I never heard any more beyond my experiences with the GP, until I fell very ill and was taken to A&E as an emergency.

My care within A&E was again excellent, but I do feel it shouldn't have reached the stage where I was admitted as an emergency, ha ... d I just been sent for further tests promptly.

The receptionists, the nurses, they are all great. The doctors will come out (to patients). They are very good. Nowhere is perfect but they are very good, plus the pharmacy is very good. We wait two to three weeks for an appointment, which isn't too bad at all.

It's always been good for me. Absolutely excellent. The care is great.

I have just spoken to the doctor and told them that they are marvellous. They try hard to put you right.

I have been down to the open surgery before which is brilliant but today I had appointments with the doctor and the nurse. They were marvellous.

They can't do enough for you. We have a laugh and a joke.

My friend thinks they are marvellous as well!

It's good. I like that there is the walk in service.

The waiting isn't too bad. You can be seen early.

Everything seems to run smoothly. The waiting room is really nice and so are all the people.

The care is really nice; they do everything they can. To bump it up to a five for me, it would have to be the absolute best, most pristine care! I think for me, It's the best it can be for what it is.

Absolutely fantastic. I left my previous surgery to come here. There is none of this triaging and waiting for weeks for an appointment, no. You can come here and wait to see someone. Everyone I tell about this service can't believe it!

it's excellent. The staff, the doctors and nurses, the whole package; I can't fault them for anything. My appointment was excellent, they always are. Everyone who works here, from the receptionists to the doctors, are doing a great job. These people are here to help us.

It's fantastic! You can come here and sit and wait. If you're ill today, you can see someone.

I was here early and I was seen. They've looked after me through all sorts.

The doctor asks the questions and lets you explain in your own way. The doctor is brilliant.

They are so good that I have recommended the surgery to my family and now they are with the surgery as well.

They're very good. I go down there to get my pills and they ring me for blood tests. They are always helpful. They call me in for a check up. The nurses are excellent.

I went to my doctor with something and the referral was quick. I think the surgery is absolutely brilliant. It's amazing that they have a drop in service in the morning!
