I have had no problems, everything was explained, the waiting time was fine and the staff were good. the toilets need to be kept cleaner as there was paper on the floor, they need to be cleaned more regularly . I would prefer single sex toilets.

Everyone was kind and caring and really made me feel at ease. The appointment was on time and the waiting area was clean. There was one toilet that could of done with being clean but everything else was fine and I can't fault it.

It's alright, actually. I live just down the road. Nine out of ten times I can get an appointment when I need one. I use the NHS app. The care is okay; I can't complain!
