The staff at Allied Phamacy Queens Square Attleborough Norfolk were superb and really dug me out of a hole this time. Without their help I would have missed a day's worth of medication, which I'm not suposed to do. Cheers!

Booked appointment online for Covid booster. Seating area provided but didn’t have to wait long to see pharmacist who was great. Very friendly, puts you at ease and also offered flu booster at same time. Will be back next year!

Ian knows all his customers and runs a helpful pharmacy. So sorry for what he’s having to cope with.

Great staff super manager ( IAN )

This pharmacy has had to endure massive staff cutbacks as well as all the additional population increase in Attleborough. We are an ageing group of patients that require repeat prescriptions (mine is 13 items)that does not help.
Give the staff credit for what is an increasingly hard job. would you like to work under those conditions ?????.

It's not the chemist it's the whole system why do you have to get a prescription from the doctor or nurse from the health centre which has 2 pharmacys then have to go to lioyds chemist to get your meds to be told they don't have any in stock it's not the chemist fault it's the ones at the top who should be put to blame

Prescriptions are never ready, no matter how long in advance you order them. Rude staff. Pharmacist sometimes not there. What the hell is happening to this company?

Allied Pharmacy (Attleborough Queens Square)
Often I have gone to pick up my prescriptions to be told that they are not ready. Excuses are they are not ready because I have a lot of medicines on my prescription has not been signed of yet and could I go back later or go back the following without a thought that I might have run out of some of my tablets. The latest incident occurred last month I was prescribed antibiotics in the morning, went to pick them up late that afternoon thinking that was a reasonable time for them to be ready. But no I was asked to go back at 5. 30 to pick them up. I had to queue for nearly 30mins to get them. They rely on locum pharmacists and are permanently short staff. Nothing seems to be done to rectify this. This is not a result of the pandemic. They have been closing between 1 and 4pm which makes a bad situation worse, therefore I have transferred my prescriptions to your branch in Queens Square as they have a permanent pharmacist who used to be at your Church Street Pharmacy.

Went to collect a prescription, waited 15+ minutes in the que, got to the counter and got told to wait another 40 minutes. Went back a couple hours later and got told they don't have any in stock (why is the doctor telling me to collect urgent medication at a location with no stock).
Was told they would call me the next day when they would have more in stock but never did, and they don't answer the phone.
Happy days

... using them again!!

The issue was sorted out on time before there was a gap in being able to pick up his daily medication.
