Felt listen too
Filled in an online form this morning at 8am got a call back and then an appointment 9.40. I felt listen too and got my issue sorted.

Anxious about booking process
It's nowhere near as nice as it used to be. I'm half scared to make an appointment because it's so difficult. I have to have regular injections and booking them makes me feel so anxious I sometimes think I can't be bothered with it. I try to book from about two weeks before it's due and it's a right hoo-ha. They also never follow anything up like they used to.

They're efficient
It's fantastic, they're efficient. The text messages drive me crazy though! You get too many when you have an appointment. It would be nice to see a set doctor as I'd feel more relaxed if I knew them, but it's like that at every surgery.

They're friendly
This one's great, they're friendly and recognise me. It's easier for parking than the other one too. Because of my condition I get appointments through when I ask for them.

5 for Queens Square
Here is OK, I'll give five stars for this one as the staff are OK and it's good when you get in. It's the worst for getting in with the doctors at Station Road though. You phone up and it's 7-10 days to see anyone - anything can happen in that time!
I fell over last year and badly cut my arm so I came in here and Station Road, they told me they 'don't do blood' so I had to go to the hospital.

I'm happy
I don't often come but arranging my appointment and coming in today was absolutely fine. I only booked it yesterday and I did it over the phone. I'm happy with the advice I was given.

Good with mental health
It's a good surgery. They've been helping me with my mental health recently and they've been really good.

Great service, long waits
It takes too long to get an appointment, it's normally 3-4 weeks to see anyone. However I was told last week I needed to have an appointment and I did get one for the next day. Once you get in the service is great.

Fine when get in
It would be nice to see a doctor more often but I've no complaints really. When you get in it's fine.

Young son always seen
They've always been good here. Sometimes getting an appointment is difficult but, with the growing infrastructure, it's understandable. I can always get my little boy in.
