Our family dentist for many years
Beechcroft Dental Practice has been our family dentist for many years going back to the days when it was owned and run by Mr Wooster. Overall, the care has been excellent.

We deal with Dr Martins. A recent misunderstanding regarding one of our registrations was quickly resolved by the Practice Manager.

Our only slight issue has been with checking in for an appointment, when we have arrived in time, but the intercom not being answered has rendered us at risk of being termed late. There is a s ... ign on the door to patients advising that late arrival or DNA (did not attend) for an appointment is subject to a charge and re-booking.

That said, in the current situation, we wanted to make a point of sharing our overall positive experience and express our gratitude, particularly to Dr Martins for the care and compassion she showed during a recent consultation.

Shame on you
Recently I have had a baby and during pregnancy my teeth and gums were really painful. I contacted Beechcroft Surgery for an appointment who told.

me I had been removed from their books due to not visiting for over a year. The year was during covid and I was not able to visit due to shielding.

I am disgusted that the practice didn't have the decency to make me aware of the removal from their books.

I am still suffering with my teeth and gums and cannot register with an NHS dentist anywhere! ... Communication would've been nice
