It's been okay
It's been okay. I mainly see the nurses and they're good. I see them when I want to. One thing, I just used the disabled toilet and the door was the trouble. It is far too heavy. Also, there is a long waiting list for doctors here.

I think they do a brilliant job
No complaints, brilliant standard of service! The staff are friendly, they give you enough time. They don't make you feel rushed.

They are approachable. It's brilliant.

The care is brilliant. If you need an urgent appointment, you can get one.

One thing I would say is that the seat I sat on this morning was a little bit smelly! but other than that, I think they do a brilliant job.

I'm not very happy
I saw the doctor yesterday. It took me eight weeks to get an appointment! I'm not that enamoured at the moment with them.

It's a long time to wait. The doctor has told me that there's not much they can do for me, it's just "wear and tear".

I'm not very happy. But perhaps you have caught me on a bad day.

Brilliant!
Very good! It's good service. Good response. It's good care. Getting routine appointments is bad, but if you ring on that day for help, they're very good. Compared to my last surgery, they're phenomenal. My wife thinks the same. They call you with results if they need to. Brilliant!

There are so many appointments wasted
My only issue is that they seem to have so many appointments that could all be done in one. I saw the nurse for an over all check up, and then an asthma check up.

There are so many appointments wasted. The staff are really good.

I know the nurses are very qualified but I would still question what they can and can't do, due to the example I've just mentioned. But other than that, the staff are brilliant.

The communication is fantastic
It's brilliant. I've had three face to face appointments in five months. The communication is fantastic. The communication from the doctors is brilliant.

It's so hard to get an appointment!
It's so hard to get an appointment! I had asthma and I had a phone call. I feel it should have been a proper appointment. Sometimes it would just be nice to see a human face. I can get my tablets no problem, it's just trying to get an appointment that's the nightmare.

They're a good service
They're a good service. They've looked after my wife. Anything I need, I ring up and get it. The receptionists are good and friendly. We've had no problems recently.
