Ringing Norwich and Yarmouth store
I am ringing constantly either branch no one answers I need to have a repeat prescription for my 5 yr old I live 40 mins away the least someone can do is answer a phone. Rang direct to book app but same response . Why do you not have someone who can answer and take messages or book appointment?

Unsatisfactory booking service
I wanted to book an appointment at your Norwich branch, Castle Street, to see a named staff member who has looked after me for several years, but was told that was not possible as didn't know the dates she would be working when the next available appointments were available. Was told they could make an appointment for me but didn't know who it was with.

Not very satisfactory++so I have made an appointment at Gt Yarmouth again they don't know who with again I do not feel happy about this, I may ... cancel
