Unsatisfactory experience.
i found the member of staff I dealt with sullen and indifferent. I went in seeking advice and help on choosing suitable glasses and got neither. Very unhelpful. I went next door to Vision Express and and had a very different experience. The member of staff there was attentive, understanding and went out of her way to help me find the right frames. She even went on line to the particular suppliers and found me exactly what i wanted and ordered them for me to try out, with no obligation. I sugges ... t that you send your staff next door for a lesson in customer service.

2 minutes over your allowance time for appoin
Due to heavy traffic into kings Lynn I arrived 7 minutes late according to your computer and was told couldn’t have the appointment. Considering I have spent thousands with boots both on hearing and glasses it’s absolutely ludicrous.
