On holiday in Norfolk. My much needed prescription for a distressing allergic reaction had been sent to my home pharmacy in error.

Staff could not have been more helpful. They kindly arranged for my prescription to be redirected to Holt for me, to collect a short while later.

I find it easier to get help here than I do at the doctor's surgery. All the staff here are very friendly. I always get a text message when my prescription is ready to pick up. It is a pity that they're closed now on Saturdays. But I know it's hard to find pharmacists.

I think it's absolutely dreadful how often they are closed, they're not here half the time. Apparently you can find out online ahead of time about them closing, but what if you can't get online? It feels hopeless.

I usually always get what I need from them. The staff are friendly and very good. It seems like they're having a lot of stock issues at the moment, which I know isn't their fault. I find myself having to wait for medicines a lot.

Today it was a very good experience, as they were open. The pharmacist is very nice and helpful, super really.

Last time I was here there was a huge queue. When there's a queue the staff don't take the time to say "hello, we'll be with you in a minute" they just ignore you.

A brief acknowledgement would be good. It's frustrating that they are now closed on Saturdays.

In the summer the queue is often out of the door. Older people like me can't stand for that long, it would be nice if there ... was somewhere for us to sit and wait.

I think the pharmacist is very helpful and he's a really nice man. The staff are always courteous and helpful, when they're open. They're often shut when they say they will be open, I think it's putting people's lives at risk.

If I was just rating the staff I would give them 5 stars. If there is not a pharmacist they close and it's difficult to know when they will be open.

Sometimes I have to come back several times because not all the medication is there. They have to order it and it takes a while.

Sometimes you have to dr ... ive to Sheringham to get what you need. If the pharmacist was there all the time it would be brilliant.
