After waiting 20 to 25 mins for precription doctor had sent through 3 days before ended with a non uniformed lady giving me a load of verbal abuse. All i had stated was that other people who came much later than me were dealt with and collecting their prescriptions.

All said by this lady at the top of her voice. I was left speechless by her uncalled for rudeness.

Needless to say i will never be going to Boots pharmacy ,hardwick ever again. This on friday about 12.

I have always had great experiences at Boots Hardwick Pharmacy, the staff are amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to help! This seems to be a place where people come to complain but this is the best Pharmacy I've found in King's Lynn, I couldn't ask for better!

I moved from Lloyds in Sainsburys to Boots as Lloyds are closing. I actually left the Boots on the Hardwick 5-6 years ago as they were totally useless back then.

So i joined Lloyds`. Now i dont have a choice & go back with Boots because they are local.

Already i cant get through on the phone "28mins" waiting & nothing. So i called in & asked Is my prescription ready i ordered 10 days ago, "I dont know" What a great start with this useless bunch.

Plus a rubbish excuse, she said "We have sta ... ff on holiday & Lloyds are closing so we are busy" SO! get more staff or work longer hours. Out of the 3 times i used them so far, twice they have taken 11 days from ordering my meds to once being on time.

This is about my medication that twice i couldn't take for 4 days "8 in total". Its not a loaf of bread.

The pharmacy should have a separate rating on Google as its not fair on the nice & helpful general store staff to be under the same criticism.

The tills with a good queuing system were all closed. We had to use the Health and Beauty till, which had no queuing system and had to queue in very narrow aisles. We did NOT feel safe at all. This happened today 16th March 2021.
