Absolutely shocking
There is a lady who works here who is sooooo rude. There is only ever a problem with my medication when she is working and serving.

Her approach is rude and dismissive.

I’ve ordered my medication the same way each month and collect on the same date but when she’s in there is always an issue such as only received a day ago or meds not there when they were ordered over a week ago

Four times now I've been given the incorrect medication, each time I've made sure with them that their notes are correct but each time I'm given the wrong brand. This means time off work to collect and having to return which is such a waste of my time and resources.

Last time the reason for incorrect medication was 'it was picked by a robot' Quite alarming it wasn't checked by a pharmacist. They close for lunch so make sure you know their opening times.

I belive they are far too busy for the ... amount of staff and resources they have.

Not Open as claimed
After telephone appointment with doctors was told to pick up prescription from this pharmacy which is within the same building. Looked at opening hours and thought it would be easier to collect Saturday.

Drove to pharmacy only to find it wasn't open. Waste of time,made an unnecessary journey.

If you're going to state your opening hours online,at least get them right!
