Always have a bad experience with how the staff treat me. I feel judged because of the type of medication I have. Everybody should be treated the same, it's not right.
Yet another wasted journey. I checked holiday opening times and avoided the lunch hour.
It should have been open but it wasn’t. Even if they can’t cover the pharmacy, they should, at least, provide a way of finding out about unscheduled closures before customers read it on the door.
Very poor communication.
Prescriptions repeatedly taking up to 2 weeks before they’re ready despite being issued on time by GP. Random closures such as Saturday morning. Poor communication. Very slow in the shop.
When you travel miles and have to queue in your lunch break and then eventually get in there to be told , you prescription isn’t ready,can you come back tomorrow... what to do the same again!!!
It has been taking a long time to get repeat prescriptions, the staff just don't seem to have enough time. I ordered both mine and my husband's tablets and his was missing. There was no communication and it took a long time to resolve.
