Excellent service
I visited the Boots in London street today, I have very limited mobility at present. I wanted to purchase one off the 3 for 2 offers as the vitamins I take are £13 each so well worth it.

There were two on the shelf, I looked round for a staff member but no one in sight, I had to join a queue I was number 7 in the queue. I was told by the pharmacist they are the last two, I questioned why did I have to wait in a queue to be told this.

His response was unhelpful. My friend took me to boots at ... riverside, there were one packet left so I thought no luck …the pharmacist was so helpful and asked me to ask the staff who had head gear and they would check for me.

I see staff but went to the till to be served by a very nice lady called Anita , she said she could order them and would be in store by tomorrow….I thought that was Excellant service, she added they should have offered this service at London st.

I just would like to thank Antia for being so helpful.

PHAMACISTS ARE CONSTANTLY LEAVING
I have been using Boots for well over 10 years, over the years you get to know people, I have lost count of how many Pharmasists have left due to Boots being either, under staffed, staffed but don't know what they are doing, Pharmasists being over worked and under paid, classic example, I have seen with my own eyes at least 2 Pharmasists leave Boots to join Morrisons independant Pharmacy, which is about a 3 minute walk away from Boots. I "HEAR" the hours are better and so is the pay.

Don't get ... me wrong, the people who work at Boots are lovely people, I have never once had any one be rude to me, and I see and hear what they're going through, they work really hard in there, and it doesn't help them when they have doctors surgeries, who lie and mess them about , classic example, Lionwood Medical Practice are just the worst. May be it is time that the manager, or some one above them was to get involved, because I am shocked anyone works at Boots, Riverside, the way things are.
