I needed to email Boots of Swaffham on behalf of a neighbour to give them the exact specification for a compression garment that had been precribed by his GP. However, as the branch tells me that this is not possible, my neighbour will be faced with an 18 mile round trip to deliver the specification by hand.
no permanent pharmacist is the issue
