I have a dental disorder and the dentist knows this; I usually have to have my teeth cleaned every month. However I had to travel to London and back to see a specialist as I can't get an appointment - Brooklyn House didn't seem bothered at all.
Their attitude was as if I was a plague victim when I did go in.
