Horrified
Being neurodiverse, sudden change to routine is difficult, but a change you are not expecting is even worse—especially when I find out about it at the chemist when collecting medication. My four-weekly prescription was changed to a weekly pick-up with no notice or contact.

I live 10 miles away, so it's not easy, and I suffer with severe anxiety and agoraphobia. Had someone even read my notes prior to deciding to make this change, they would have realised the effect it would have.

Since Dr.
...

Clayson retired, the surgery seems to have lost touch with their patients' health history, and it feels like no one knows what is going on!

They went above and beyond to help me
The people at the surgery have really helped me. They went above and beyond to help me. They are very good.

They are looking after us well
It has improved so much, they are looking after us well. If you had asked me 18 months ago I would have only given 1 star but now it's easily 5 stars. It has improved.

There was only one doctor who actually listened. They don't hear what you say, they juat oerscribe medication instead of looking for the cause of problems.
Awful I have been with the surgery for years and since Doctor Clayson left there are no doctors who listen. My partner was spoken to and I was ignored in a consultation. They willingly perscribe strong pain killers without investigation and without listening.

Was greeted on the phone with aggressive and hostility after doing what 111 told me to ask
They were extremely rude and hurtful to a pregnant woman asking a question

Above and beyond
Whilst one or two of the doctors need more training in patient interface, generally the practice has been brilliant with certain members of staff going above and beyond. Specifically Drs Musson and Clayson and Jasmine on the secretarial side.

The receptionists are cheerful and as helpful as they can be and patient if I tend to go full on ‘mum mode’!

Could not be better.
I have been here over 26 years, they know me well and look after me. It is first class, all the staff are lovely. It could not be any better.

No complaints
I can get appointments when I need them. Staff are friendly and I have no complaints. They are under pressure but it's fine.

Efficient
I find the surgery efficient. The nurses are friendly and cheerful. It's easy to get through to speak to someone on the phone. The surgery is clean and tidy. My husband comes regularly and always gets an appointment when he needs one. I always get what I need.

The staff are wonderful
The staff are wonderful and when I am seen by someone I am well looked after. I struggle to get into the surgery as there is only a single door which I can not get my mobility scooter through.

I can sometimes struggle to get hold of someone if it's urgent and I have phoned at 8.15 been 18th in the queue and then all the appointments have gone.

But everything else is okay.
