Norfolk
Carers Matter Norfolk is the countywide service funded by Norfolk County Council and the NHS to provide support to unpaid carers. All services are free and available to people caring for another adult. Support is available to those caring for someone living in Norfolk whether the carer lives in the county or elsewhere (caring at a distance). Carers Matter Norfolk is a carer-led service putting you at the heart of everything that we do. The service offer is flexible in approach and tailored to meet what matters to you as an individual carer. You can contact Carers Matter Norfolk to explain your situation and find out about the support that is right for you. Once again I felt I just had to give a public thank you to Karen at Carers Matter Norfolk. What she has done for my peace of mind and ability to sort out all of my legal, benefit and practical problems regarding care for my son and husband is just indescribable. I now sleep at night and look forward to the future. I don't know how to adequately express my thanks
Very helpful and caring, its nice just to chat to someone who is not closely involved with my situation.
After a pleasant and effective telephone conversation I was promptly sent an email with a personalised action plan with links for me as a carer. It was nice to be heard and feel listened to. Thank you for your service

Everyone I've spoken to at Carers Matter Norfolk were very friendly, especially Laura who was brilliant with her help and advice. She explained everything clearly and answered my many questions. Great service.
