This surgery caused unnecessary upset to my daughter who suffers from mental health issues, the receptionist refused to allow my daughter an appointment to see a doctor regarding her mental health as my daughter was unable to confirm our address I explained this to the receptionist and gave brief description why but she still refused, we were absolutely shocked that they could appear that insensitive to a patients capacities and after sharing my opinions and disgust the receptionist then started ... explaining how she didn’t care for my tone! It seems this surgery cannot welcome criticism or feedback on areas that need improvement! Given that alot of young people are experiencing mental health issues they should easily be able to secure an appointment with the help of a parent if necessary but that was a extremely difficult and stressful incident and just upset my daughter further.

I'm pleased I'm with this surgery, it's definitely improved. Now you can get an appointment and the receptionists are well-trained to figure out who it's best to see. Often it's good to see a nurse practitioner.
I normally ring them to book appointments and there's usually only two or three people in front.
They've been so good when I've been severely ill and unable to collect my medications - they've brought them to me.

They have improved lately, they'd been done for not doing regular checks like blood pressure and diabetes so they're doing that now. I had my first one in eight years. They don't like to refer you. I'd asked to be referred to the podiatric surgeon and they were very reluctant. There's too much looking at money and not at you. They don't do regular medication reviews and don't follow things up. However you can actually get an appointment when you need one and you can ask for the doctor you want t ... o see. The dispensary is very good. But like all NHS you can't be ill after 5pm. It would have been zero stars three years ago but it's four now if you compare it to other people's surgeries.

They're absolutely brilliant, all the staff are so kind. My husband had a rare type of dementia and Doctor Mondol has been wonderful.

No complaints in general except they put me on blood pressure tablets I didn't want to go on because I was worried it would affect my warfarin. They said it wouldn't so I went on them and it's made my readings jump all over. I'm out of range more and have to be monitored more. I don't like my named doctor, I won't see him. He said I'd had a stroke when I hadn't.

Staff are lovely all round from reception, dispensary, and the clinical staff. I’m a medically complex patient and they understand and always help where they can.

I’ve never had an issue with booking appointments either same day or in advance. I’ve not had a bad experience here and always recommend this surgery.

We had an appointment today for myself and my daughter. We saw Angela, she was very informative and friendly and made the experience a pleasant one.

Drs are great but receptionists are so rude and impatient , ask information and then cut you off. I was asked twice to go into so much detail about a very personal matter.

Nurses are usually good but the one I had I haven’t met before , she was abrupt, made me feel really uncomfortable and self conscious about a personal female matter and didn’t really discuss anything with me properly

Very rude and short tempered. Would not let me speak a full sentence without interupting me, and then had the audacity to tell me that I was rude and hang up on me, for asking her to stop over talking me and let me speak?! Having to wait 4 weeks for results of a spirometry test in which I cannot breath properly.

I think it's excellent here. The staff are always helpful. You don't have to wait long for an appointment. The surgery is in nice surroundings. I am looking to move but don't want to go too far as I want to stay at this surgery.
