They're very in depth, the lady i've just seen has booked me in for a follow up as she wants me to have further care.
Thought my appointment was in Martham but it was here and I didn't realise until 5 minutes before the appointment. They're really nice here. It would be handy to see a doctor who knows your situation so you don't have to spend half of your appointment explaining what's going on.
They're looking after me, they call me to check up on my medication and what not. Dr Burgess, he is very good, it's like talking to a friend.
The only thing that I find frustrating is the phone queue but that is the only thing. The actual service, nurses and doctors, it's all good.

It's got better, since covid. The only thing which is bad is the essay you get when you ring up, its too long.

It's okay. Trying to get an appointment means hanging on the phone for ages. Apart from that it's fine. They're very good. It's just dreadful to get an appointment.

Excellent. 90% of the time with nurses you are seen on time. They're polite and you're treated with respect. It can be a bit difficult to get an appointment but you can get one eventually.

It's a good surgery. I appreciate them. When I phone up I find I have to wait a bit. I'm always happy to visit one of the other sites if needs be. It's a shame it's not open on the weekends but I understand why. Dr Aziz is good.

Very good. The service is good, I've always been satisfied with it. Parking could be better, there's only 2 disabled spots and they're often full.
