They are magic!
Absolutely wonderful! They are humans; you don't have to talk on the phone. They are magic! I have regular messages to my phone about my blood tests, well in advance.

I find them helpful
I find them helpful and you get appointments eventually. Sometimes it doesn't really work as quickly as you want.

They're always there when you need
I've just come to pick something up rather than see the doctor but I think the surgery is good. Somehow they're always there when you need.

They are on the good side of good
Generally speaking the surgery are on the good side of good. Before the issues I had I tried to get some suppositories. The other surgery said that they would authorise it but by the time it happened they were closed so I wasn't very happy about that. But generally it's okay.

Never able to see same person more than once
It’s frustrating seeing an endless string of strangers. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment with the same doctor again. Total lack of continuity of care. Frustrating, anxiety-inducing, and saddening.

Very Friendly staff
I find the staff very friendly. They always get my prescription ready in good time and normally have what I need. It has changed hands but is still good. Sometimes the shelves are a little bare.

GENERAL LACK OF CARE,
Very painfull backleg pains, on a more or less emergency basis spoke to 3 doctors by phone, no help at all, finally offered a face to face in 12 days time even though still in lot of pain, had to visit walk in centre, turns out one of the problems was undiagnosed water infection, now need urgent appointment to see GP about suspected feet problems, think that the service we are being offered is not fit for purpose.

Been with this Spixworth surgery for approx 50 years never seen the service so b

Didn’t have the prescription
6 days after receiving my prescription, I went to pick it up only to be told they only had two tablets that I needed, I was told to go back the next day, upon returning I was told sorry we don’t have any of the tables I need, but we can order them in for tomorrow, but I was working the next day, why wasn’t it ordered when I first went in, I have now got to go two day without my very much needed medication to help with my mental health, I am not happy, this is not good enough.
